Goal: Do immune cells in tumors have suppressed or altered metabolism, compared to immune cells elsewhere in the body?

We will infuse labeled metabolite tracers and isolate T cells and macrophages from tumors to measure their metabolism.

We plan to start by studying immune cells from both melanoma and pancreatic cancer models.
