Academia can be a challenging place to work, especially for those from underrepresented backgrounds. We commit to supporting trainees and employees from such backgrounds to succeed in science.

We will take concrete steps to support lab members in major and minor challenges in academia:

  • no fronting money for conferences

  • PI pays for committee meeting snacks
